Residents Receive Tutoring Services Tutoring services are provided to residents at Rainbow Children’s Home. Often times, children have moved from school to school, have not attended school regularly, or have not had anyone encouraging them to complete their school work. Therefore, RCH provides tutoring services to assist residents to reaching their highest possible academic levels.  |
