At Rainbow Children's Home, we are so pleased to be working on a new fundraiser that is a first-ever of its kind in our area. On June 20 of this year, we plan to host a luncheon to recognize some of the amazing and respected women in this community who deserve to be honored for their sacrifices and contributions to our community. This event will be called The Leading Ladies of Lumpkin awards luncheon, and very soon we will begin selling tickets for this exciting day. During this event, we plan allow the girls who live at Rainbow Children's Home to be present so they will be encouraged and inspired by the real women who make Dahlonega the special place that it is. We are now seeking the support of our local businesses, to help us make this luncheon possible through donations of food, beverages, door prizes, awards, decorations, and any other items that you wish to donate. We are also seeking financial supporters to help offset the costs of hosting this benefit. Rest assured that your contribution goes directly to the girls of Rainbow Children's Home so that here in Dahlonega abused and neglected girls continue to have a safe place to call home.
